His expertise spans from proprietary infrastructure development to hands-on implementation across industries. Before launching GenServ AI, he had already solved the hardest problems in production AI—accuracy, integration, edge cases, and measurable ROI. He's not theorizing about AI; he's deployed it at scale.

Founder and President
Mark brings a decade of building and scaling technology products across healthcare, insurance, financial services, and marketplaces. At the venture studio, he was instrumental in launching multiple AI-powered businesses from concept to production. Our Origin Story
GenServ AI didn't start as a consulting firm trying to add AI services. It emerged from the trenches of building actual AI-powered businesses.
